When will I receive my loan refund?

Once your loan is certified, an award notification will be sent to your student self-service account that lists tentative disbursement dates. The Department of Education requires that loan funds be disbursed in two equal payments and disbursement dates can be subject to change. Please allow up to seven (7) days for your refund to post to your selected refund preference with BankMobile.
