Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
When is my account reviewed for Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)?
Answer

Students are evaluated and must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) requirements at the end of each semester, or payment period, in which they attempt course work. Students who do not meet SAP at the end of the semester will be placed on financial aid warning "FW".  Students who are placed on “FW” status are still eligible to receive federal aid. Students who are placed on "FW" status and fail to meet SAP standards for the following semester of enrollment will be placed on financial aid suspension "FS". Students who are placed on "FS" are ineligible for Federal financial aid.
