What is the Tuition Installment Plan (TIP)?

The Tuition Installment Plan (TIP) is available to all degree-seeking PHSC students enrolled in credit courses. TIP allows students to pay their tuition bill in installments. Earlier TIP enrollment allows for more payment options. Students who use the TIP installment plan may select to spread their payments over several months, depending upon the semester.
